Notice is hereby given that an election will be held at the Parks and Recreation (Earl Bell Community Center), 1212 S. Church Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas, on Thursday, February 18, 2010, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., for Positions 7, 8, and 9 of the City Water and Light Plant of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, an improvement district.
All qualified electors within the City of Jonesboro (being the legal territory of the improvement district) are entitled to vote at this election.
